This is infrastructure for women’s success... Expansion + execution at the same time.

Without the right room, even the most capable women move slower, carry more, and leave opportunities on the table — not because they lack skill, but because they’re doing it alone.

You need the right women in the same room, actively helping you move. You need a room where your leader has a map, and shows you the way. 

Also — you need a room and leader that prioritized joy and FUN. The kind of fun you don't usually make time for, but immediately feel the difference when you do.

Fun is an often overlooked ingredient for getting stuff done faster- so we are going to weave in plenty of it!

We are a stand for the shift to women having more money and impact—because we care about the planet, women succeeding, and a safe community for ALL.

We’re frustrated because we see the problem with current leadership model and we don't just want to talk about it - we actually have solutions.

We want a way out and we're ready to build it. NOW. 

We are the women who want to see what’s beyond the current leadership model and are brave enough to act.

 WHO THIS IS FOR

She's already doing well.

She just needs a room of other expanders and accountability.

The kind of woman in this room has a network, is involved in her work and community, and is used to being the one people come to. But she doesn't always have that for herself.

Some women come in wanting:

• More clients, better leads, or a partnership they've been trying to build
• To grow or stabilise their business
• A major life move — like buying a home or stepping into a bigger leadership role
• A place to expand their vision and a place where other women will GET IT!

Some don't fully know yet. They just know something needs to move.
That's enough. During your 1-1 intensive with me and during our 2 night retreat, we will get you the clarity you desire. 

 THE STRUCTURE

Simple. Intentional.

Each session is designed to be productive — and genuinely enjoyable. You'll step into places, conversations, and experiences you likely wouldn't on your own.

1. Opening Retreat

   We will set your direction, by helping you decide what your focus for this container will be (aka your project). You will meet your cohort and start to practice some of the regulation tools we will use throughout our time together. Plus we will have fun and ritual... for two nights... all in a beautiful setting in SLO County. This is where the magic begins. 

2. Private 1-1 Intensive Session with Crystal
   
3. Just you and me. We will spend 2 hours together going deep into your desires. Then we will get focused on what your project will be for this program, and how to get there. We can clear your nerves, dance, and commit to your journey together. 

4. Day-Sessions

   We start each day with plenty of TLC. In order to accelerate further faster, we need to tend to your nervous systems needs. Think breathwork, sound healing, journaling, grounding, etc. 

5. Then focused time on your chosen project. This is where we help you TCOB, take care of business! You will receive small group and full group "hot seats" where you can ask 20 women to open their network to you.  

6. We will do actual work, in the moment, all happening together. Think calling, texting, emailing - all eto help you leap forward NOW! 

7. We will also have workshops by guest facilitators on topics to help you move forward (think manifestation, public speaking, how to start a non-profit, how to ask a donor for money, how to receive, etc). 

8. And finally, in the field visits to local businesses to further expand your network! You will be surprised and delighted to be introduced to other people of impact, and get the chance to learn how they have innovated and expanded their reach. 

9. Community Tea Time (optional Bonus)

   Between day-sessions we will have Tea + TCOB sessions at my house. TCOB =take care of business. If you need some direction, if you need some quiet time, if you need a friendly face to encourage you to keep going... just show up and we will get you moving forward again. 

10. Final Closing Event

    Let's play, let's laugh, let's celebrate our acceleration! Our final session will be a Commitment Ceremony and we will commemorate it with a photo session like you have NEVER experienced before. The commitment will be your choice, to yourself, your vision, your community. Whatever feels true at the completion of our time together.
